Pros

Some funny people. The first manager I worked for (they got let go 6 months into my employment there) was great, and a valuable mentor, and still is to this day.

Cons

I started with a "loose" 8-5 Monday though Friday schedule, What I mean by "loose", I was Ok with the occasional client request requiring me to put an extra hour or two in sometimes during a day. The recruiting process on all levels was a complete joke and not professional at all. Toward the end of my tenure at Xerox, my immediate boss, and their boss thought it was normal and OK to require me to work 12 hour days during the week, and 15 hour minimum days on the weekends, with no remote management opportunity. The last weekend that I worked before they let me go for no legitimate reason, I worked 7AM to 11PM on a Friday, 7AM to 11PM on a Saturday, 7AM to 8PM on a Sunday. I then came in that Monday at 7AM, and worked until 4:30 that day finishing up the whole call center's payroll. As soon as I advised my boss I had submitted it, my boss then let me go with no legitimate explanation. Imagine my horror that I had moved out the year before from California to Texas to work at "this wonderful company they call Xerox". If you are any level above a supervisor, and are considering working for Xerox, save for a rainy day fund! They will toss you on your can with no regret.
