      Team support, amazing team members, flexibility

      Cons

      Company went through multiple rounds of restructure and let go a lot of talented people. Outsourced and cut as many jobs as possible to save money. Invested in software transformation projects that did not work.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
