      Pros

      Pros are that you have alot of responsibility.

      Cons

      Alot of the code is spaghetti so its hard to maintain. There is some architecture but most code is written overseas so to maintain is a mess.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
