      Xerox is a good place to work if you are a senior manager. It is a global corporation and employees people with a wide variety of skills.

      Cons

      Xerox used to be a good place for engineers to work: leading edge, interesting engineering projects, benchmark salary and benefits. Now it seems their primary objectives are figuring out how to demote you, reduce your benefits and outsource your job.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
