      Good to get some experience right out of college.

      Company kept changing paths and never committed to anything long enough to see it implemented. Terrible work/life balance.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
