Toxic work environment and terrible benefits - General Laborer XeteX Employee Review

The amount of favoritism was quite bad. It's a toxic work environment with bad management. The bottom line is profit and the morale is very low. It's a revolving door of new employees. The pay wasn't too bad but again, the benefits were expensive with very high deductibles. They offer no long term disability and the 401k ..if you leave before 5 years they take a lot of their money back. Not a good deal at all.
