Pros

There is a good team environment and the ability to work with the latest tools and technologies. Managers are good and tend to look out for their team. Typically flexible work schedule. Pay is pretty competitive.

Cons

While not as great as it once was, it is still better than most. The company has become less employee driven and more top-down driven seemingly without regarding feedback from employees.
