Interesting silicon technology, still mnay good people to work with.
Cons
Xilinx is currently managed by anti-intellectual luddites, who neither understand the value of actual innovation (as opposed to the innovation they talk about in their numerous slides), nor the things it takes to motivate good people to create it. Scores of competent technologists are driven out of the company by rampant mediocrity, visionless leadership, and inept management.
