Politics, Arrogant Management, Incompetence erverywhere. Management is cost reducing this place to death. For about 5 years Xilinx has been in a state of permanent reorganization. Just after last reorg has been "completed" next exec. leaves requiring another round of reorgs. As a result we're exactly where we were 5 years ago. Sub-par salaries for employees, at the same time execs get annual 20%+ increases plus huge bonuses and stock grants.
