Pros
Xilinx allows employees time off to take care of family members, volunteer, do community service or take long vacations. Back when Bernie was alive the company was VERY employee centric. Work and Family was a key company culture, no long hours and no weekends.
Cons
Re-organization Again! Six years ago and 2008; both re-org's were done without thinking about how to improve the company. Management put people in place that in both situations were only about empire biulding. Senior management has blown smoke up the new CEO's A-- and he let them put together an organization that is questionable at best.
