With the departure of CFO Lorenzo Flores, the implosion has begun. Good products but pace is unsustainable and unfortunately there are serious misjudgments by management. The motto is “the ends justify the means” and no one is willing to make the hard decisions. There is a level of incompetence in some key positions that “working harder” won’t fix. Things will continue to get worse from here.
