Do not work here if you want a life outside of your job. Management has no idea how marketing works in the "real world" and doesn't believe or invest in it. CEO is inexperienced and it shows. Most execs running business units and marketing. are engineers that don't know what they are doing, yet they insist on making every decision themselves, making it nearly impossible to get anything meaningful accomplished. They don't have basic tools like Sales Force.
