Pros
The culture this company has built is essentially what every company should be striving for. Every one I have worked with so far is very outwardly focused while still not afraid to voice their opinion. In addition, one of the most inspiring aspects of Xola is everyone's work ethic. Every single person has impressed me deeply in some sort of way. Whether it be their background and education, their knowledge and commitment to continued learning, their sense of humor, or even just how many hours they are willing to turn in. The culture is so healthy that spending extra hours at the office doesn't feel like a strain or a chore. This is the first start up I have ever worked for so it was a bit scary to make the jump to the company, but it is honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Cons
Hard to think of any cons so far. The only that comes to mind is that the company is still fairly new, so there are a decent amount of procedures and standards that are undocumented or unstructured. That being said, this issue is constantly being worked on and built out by very intelligent and talented people. It's sort of hard to even consider it a con because it just comes with the territory of working for a company at this stage in development, and it is always improving literally on a daily bases.
