Pros
-Incredible work life balance, great hours, work from home options, and more! -No micro-managing, the management at XOLA trust and respects you as adults and respects the decisions you make -Amazing on-boarding/interview processes, felt good to see all women in high positions as well as interviewing with the CEO and meeting on a personal level -Beautiful work office, all apple products, and really outgoing upbeat staff! -Snacks and catered lunch regularly (I mean cmon that’s the life)
Cons
- A LOT of new information, it can feel overwhelming at time but training typically takes about 2 months so you have time to process everything - A lot of independent work, so you will need to be knowledgeable on information on your own and be really self efficient -Small team. So the work you do matters, and if you slack be ready for some convos!
