Everyone is always ready to help - Flexible work hours - Health of team members and their families is given priority which is a big plus for me - Management is receptive to feedback and addresses them - No micromanagement - Your manager keeps your best interests in mind and tries to ensure that you're working on things which you like - Good performance is always appreciated and there's ample room for learning & growth - Frequent game nights, movie nights. Team lunches every 2 weeks. Due to the pandemic, we do virtual team lunches instead - Xolaversary gifts! Celebration with donuts, cakes and more on birthdays / 1st day of a new team member / your 1st feature gets shipped or any other occasion you can think of :P - Month long workations!
