Pros

I am new to the tech industry (I previously worked in tourism and event management) and couldn't ask for better managers (or better described- role models) during my career change. Everyone I work with is brilliant and humble! Our office is incredible! It is in an industrial warehouse with exposed brick and iron beams. We also have a fully stocked healthy fridge and get gourmet lunch catered everyday.

Cons

No real cons here. We can put in long hours, but I barely notice the clock because I love spending time with my coworkers!
