Pros
There is a lot of product iteration, the people is very friendly and every engineer works very close to their product manager. Hackatons are held often and you are expected to create something that will improve the quality of the software running software. Everyone is encouraged to speak improvement proposals up. It was a great opportunity to learn from others and share my point of view everytime I had a chance to. The software development standard is the highest I have experienced.
Cons
There were too much rules at the office in Guatemala. The office is a warehouse with few places to sit by besides the cafeteria and meeting rooms. The salaries are very different to what they pay in SF, so when it comes to travelling, you better own a credit card.
