      # Good place to work # Variable work timings # Friendly environment # Manager understands employee issues and take care of it on individual basis # No Micro-Management mostly # Good leave management # Good salary # Nice office space, with least but good amenities

      Cons

      # The reward system does not make sense # HRM are sense-less # Carrier growth opportunity is less # Learning is solely dependant on what project you wind up with (risky) # Work life balance is entirely depends on a project you landed # Less appraisals, least hike, not good for long term
