Pros

most of the people are not doing anything, it may be good for them. good for freshers but for experience guys needs to check before fallin for pkg

Cons

no stable project, politics, fake promises then ignorance. favouritism at its best, some people riding bikes in ofc time but favourite of someone so even managers cant say anything and others have to follow all rules. growth process can not be understood, people are in same role for 10yrs and some are gettin promoted in every year.
