Better Work location i.e. Baner for few projects 7.5 hours working hours on paper but it can get extended beyond 9 hours as per client expectations.. Average hikes..good initial pay
Cons
Completely client driven company and pathetic managers for Citi account who just make employees life harder with unrelastic goals..They don't support Xoriant employees rather treat them like slaves ..No process set for deliverables..They drive it with desi scrum ways.. No peer reviews for tech leads and managers .Higher management and tech leads are just babysitters and watch juniors do their job and take credit of their work when client appreciates.. No project transfer from one to another even if you have worked for one for longer duration..All they care about is biliablity and nothing else. Delivery managers are there to make sure employee had filled timesheet nothing else..They don't care about employees well beingness and they don't have project insights who is working on what.. all they do is dirty politics
