They give good offer better than many service based companies Average hike as per industry standards Managers are not technical Leave policy is good. You get leave when you want it.

PM will not let you switch projects Managers work in lobby Inefficient female leaders Bad bench policy Bad client feedback can leave you jobless Management should invest time in research and gradually shift focus also to product
