Worst company to work for - Senior Software Engineer Xoriant Employee Review

Worst work life balance. Your day would start early and would end late as most of the clients are US based. Xoriant has only 1 big client, if you are tagged to that client you are lucky otherwise you will have to find a new project every 3 months. Xoriant has short term projects. I felt there was no job security at Xoriant. They will promise you the moon at the time of joining, but once you join you will get the reality. Company policies are not employee friendly. (Example : sandwich leave. if you take advance leave weekends are included in you leave) Recruitment HR’s are prompt but once you join nobody will bother to respond. This is a small organization. If possible I would have given 0 stars to this organization.
