I have worked as a Software Engineer for over 4 years. I do not think its the best place for tech professionals. They hire you to a bench then find a client for you to work for. I came in as a Java developer II and was put into a consulting role for a client. Not sure how that mismanagement happened. Do not think those responsible for marketing employees to clients knows how to market tech professionals and their process is not very transparent. With that being said spent a lot of time on the bench. I was technically screened by another tech professional. However management seems to be the ones that market you to clients. I do not believe their specialty is marketing tech professionals.
