Pros
Two months ago I would have said a lot of great things about this company. You felt like people actually cared about each other and were connecting on a personal and professional level. The majority of your co-workers are incredibly talented, skilled professionals with a can-do attitude that want to bring change to this company and help the company grow. Most of the organization is extremely customer focused and a pleasure to work with. I love the training offered. Tools and software applications could improve for a company of this size. Kudos awards/recognition are nice. Work life balance was good until recently. Culture was great until recently. Step It Up is a great program.
Cons
Great people are leaving due to a few bad apples that the company won't shake from the tree. There are several leaders that behave unprofessionally to the point one person is driving all of the account management away. People try to do great things for this company and are roadblocked or set up for failure. Pay/Benefits are not competitive. This is another reason why people are leaving. More people leaving means more work on the people that stay without additional compensation. 40+ hours expected. It seems like there is a new re-organization every month. If you push back, you are asked if you really like working there. You know what that means. Leadership gaslighting is toxic leadership. Constant shifting goals. No Diversity & Inclusion groups. People would love to do more corporate training group activities that would benefit their roles. People ask for them and then they are taken away or not implemented.
