Pros

Interview and hiring process was fairly easy. Mailed equipment quickly.

Cons

Fired our entire new hire class on the last week of training (8 weeks of training) because the contract for our program was cut because it was never finalized prior to hiring us. They didn’t offer us another project to work. Just told us to log off and send our equipment back.

Xpanxion not only helped me find a great place to learn after the military but their staff and instructora were detrimental in me growing in my career.

Cons

Better option for work locations but they can accommodate for most

The insurance package wasn't terrible

Cons

The talent located in India was incompetent. If your work product depended on their output you could expect it to be constantly delayed.
