Pros

-quick job where background checks and clearance aren't mandatory -working with bright students

Cons

-some people are forced to work without paperwork clearance and aren't paid due to that, while some favorites may not have the paperwork in, but are paid -wont get a response in a reasonable time when asking about personal information or reimbursement. you will get in trouble if you continue to ask. -will get in trouble if you question a senior staff member on clarity -members on senior staff team speak unprofessionally to anyone who is not on the senior staff team -threaten your employment status when speaking or defending yourself -they do not properly train employees on the information we are supposed to teach to the students (interns) and you will be removed if you are unable to keep up -forces you to work outside of your work schedule without compensation -management will go out of his way to embarrass staff members if projects worked on WITH students do not meet his creative standards while he promotes "creative freedom" (will send projects not up to his standards out to everyone to let them know how bad the project was) -management will give assignments to untrained staff members, then throw you under the bus when that assignment is incomplete or incorrect. she will also ignore emails, text messages, or phone calls while lying to her own supervisors about the communication. - management is very unprofessional when speaking to her employees while hypocritically speaking of professionalism. she will also threaten your employment status over any little issue. -the student/employee ratio is never correct at majority of the sites where xposure is held closing statement Unless in dire need of money, DO NOT apply here
