Pros

At best the hours are decent and Program Directors and HR are very flexible and willingly to address any needs or adjusting hours.

Cons

I think there's a lot of mis managing happening within this company and I'll be kind and blame it on being short staffed. The communication is very weak, leaving you to fish for information There is a weak foundation here, but again will blame that on the short staff. The most recent review here isn't truthful. You're expected to develop a curriculum on your own time and not receive pay for that work in name of doing this for the beneift of the children. Not in this economy. Pay your employees for that, its shameful and rude to ask them to do work on their day off and not offer payment especially with the hourly rate that is offered. Having mandatory meetings that are out of the blue, also incredibly rude. Your employees are not your children. It's unprofessional.

Flexible work environment and traditional work expectations. Reality driven approach and opportunity for moving up.

Cons

Have to be able to adapt to a changing climate as the world of education revolves around CBOs being able to provide for the changing needs
