Xpress is a good company. They pay well and management is easy enough to get along with. One of the biggest advantages is that you’re home daily, which isn’t always possible for this line of work.

Cons

Long working hours are common.

Not everyone ( Drivers ) understand how safety, teamwork, communication equipment, training and shearing space work needs to improve a different system went recruiting and training.

Cons

That being seasoned no health insurance and the occasional the cancelation of a delivery other then that overall equally playing field with the pos.
