-As a minority you may feel very uncomfortable with the environment they've created which isn't very diverse, and you may not feel very included/ represented, especially when you observe who and what kind of people are promoted within. -employee events are abit awkward and uncomfortable... HR is definitely aware of some "party favor" use during events and sweeps it under the rug it seems. It's weird being a sober employee at Xsolla for sure. -bad to get attached to anyone working there because it seems like they come and go very quickly. -tons of favoritism depending on the team you work with. -HR doesn't seem to be the most helpful and constantly makes lots of random changes that aren't very clear.
