-Goals and Performance Metrics always are changing -Culture is a bit stale and sometimes operate fear based. HR needs an overhaul and more training in order to improve -Leadership needs to work closer and understand the day to day of the individual contributor more frequently -Pay gaps are too big. Loyal employees are underpaid and the new hires are overpaid.
