Pros
I consider this company a second home. I've worked in a lot of awful work cultures and have experienced terrible things at other companies but Xsolla has created a safe place for me to grow my career and experience. I love my coworkers and I get to work on projects that mean something and have an impact. This is a new age for the company and what we are working towards will make a difference and help the industry.
Cons
The benefits are great. My team is great. What we are doing is important and unifying. Sometimes the workload is a lot but I don't care because I'm passionate about what I do. When I need a break my team makes sure to let me have the time to breathe, as long as I know what I need my team will support me. I don't see any cons at Xsolla because its only been good experiences so far!
