Good foot in the door for ex-military or just out of collage.

Cons

Dishonest and deceptive. Unaccepting of anything outside their normal operations. I have never worked for anyone so dishonest and power hungry. Verbally abusive to staff and rampant harassment of employees who question they way things are done. Any attempt to resolve issues with management are abruptly met with retaliation. Salary is far from industry competitive. They will not pay you what you're worth and will treat you like garbage while you're there.

- DoE work pacing is very slow at times - Opaque promotion system that seemingly rewards less experienced new hires much more than long-term employees, with respect to time in grade
