Pros

Good product, great working place, very nice people overall. Global presense and very customer oriented company, quite nice career opportunities.

Cons

Top management level is not enought to lead such fast growing company. Most of the managers were grown up for their position, which mean huge lack of external experience and knowladge.

Greatly knowledgeable employees that really care.

Cons

A managerless structure that creates a lot of arguing, including how to pay out commissions to a team with different compensations plans. Leadership is viewed as a negative as all decisions have to be made by team decisions making it very difficult to move forward with any planning or GTM strategies.
