not many. pay is nice but never enough for this kind of work. pretty nice staff, questionable management with exception of a few.

Cons

short staffed. almost always. lack of linen/proper equipment to care for patients properly. awful patient:nurse ratio.

Pros

Both staff and management seem to honestly care about residents happiness and wellness. Building is always very clean. Nurses and CNAs always have a smile on their faces and are very friendly. Management and staff from the top of corporate down genuinely care about each other. There is ample opportunity for advancing in your career as well which is a huge plus.

Cons

Honestly I have no cons. It's an amazing company to work for.
