I really enjoyed working with the residents there. They were so thankful to have good help.

Cons

By the weekend, supplies were nearly out of stock making it difficult to take care of the resident's needs.

Pros

Both staff and management seem to honestly care about residents happiness and wellness. Building is always very clean. Nurses and CNAs always have a smile on their faces and are very friendly. Management and staff from the top of corporate down genuinely care about each other. There is ample opportunity for advancing in your career as well which is a huge plus.

Cons

Honestly I have no cons. It's an amazing company to work for.
