Pros

We love our residents, and we try to do all we can to make their stay as good as it can be. Our building is a happy place; staff and residents are laughing throughout the day. Our administrator is fantastic; he is approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. YAD has a POPS program!! Our POPS Coordinator comes in at least monthly and does something special just for our staff. They do lots of contests, raffles, and games on the floor with staff that make your day fun.

Cons

Insurance isn't good. The price and options available for health insurance are lacking with high deductibles. Employees expect paid holidays and we do not have paid holidays.

Pros

Both staff and management seem to honestly care about residents happiness and wellness. Building is always very clean. Nurses and CNAs always have a smile on their faces and are very friendly. Management and staff from the top of corporate down genuinely care about each other. There is ample opportunity for advancing in your career as well which is a huge plus.

Cons

Honestly I have no cons. It's an amazing company to work for.
