Pros

The union hourly pay, health and retirement benefits are great.

Cons

YRC is a big corporation and you will be treated just like another number even if you do a great job every day. This company is not working as a team between management and the union jobs. Upper management does not take care of lower level management positions or treat lower level managers very well.
