Pros
If management is your goal there is an OVER-abundance of middle management positions and front line supervisor positions to get your foot in the door for some experience. Many of the facilities are quite happy places to be employed. The high turnover of managers does tend to leave opportunities for promotion rather often.
Cons
Extremely high turnover of managers at every level. Not for the long term career minded individual. Horrible communication between upper management and the front line employees. Absolutely everything is treated like a corporate secret until it's too late to effectively use the information in a positive fashion. Since merging Roadway and Yellow every individual facility is essentially going through a "turf war" ridding itself of what they consider the "new guys".
