Working at Yale's Environmental health and Safety has been my single most bitter professional experience so far. Its only after leaving Yale, I realized how much professionally I was setback. Added to this is the corrosive effect of prejudice in the form of micro-aggressions that I had to encounter on a daily basis. Complaining to HR is a big joke and they clearly are in bed with the managers.
