      Pros

      The benefits are *amazing*! Free health insurance for you and your entire famiy if you earn <85K; a modest amount if you earn >85K. The retirment is awesome, too. You are surrounded by very bright minds. There are many great opportunities to learn new skills.

      Cons

      Their pay is not competitive, especially for the northeast U.S. Teams are often top heavy.
