Pros
Yale provides a wide range of employment opportunities. I was looking for a place to gain some more experience before moving on to graduate school, and the lab I worked in fulfilled my expectations.
Cons
Don't expect to be integrated into the community if you're only here as a research assistant. The professors (especially those without tenure) seem stressed out, and can be inaccessible.
