Stimulating people, entrepreneurial envronment, open to speaking yr mind; opportunities to learn from the best, the ability to move around and gain new knowledge.
Cons
the work keeps increasing but the pay is not commensurate. The introduction of a new pay for performance program lessens the ability of supervisors to praise and recognize hard work by introducing arbitrary numerical ratings that are linked to pay. Many front line supervisors, faculty and staff, are untrained and inept Pretty inflexible management policies.
