Pros
They have a very good benefit package. People working there are down to earth and fun to work with. They provide huge employee discounts on company products such as piano and motorcycles. Management is good as far as taking care of employees. If you work as an engineer or marketing person, you would have an opportunity to test ride the products you develop and it is fun. The company makes ATV, Golf car and Water Vehicle.
Cons
Manufacturing company does not really provide a big raise. Especially, Japanese companies are known to take good care of employees with good benefits but they don't give a huge monetary compensation. Seniority seems to be considered for promotion rather than performance. Management is good but can be improved. It is hard to get promoted to management positions since the parent company in Japan keeps sending expatriates to those positions.
