There are no Pros for this company very small in thinking narrow minded people.
Cons
No ethics for product owner. Most worst company ever crossed They take candidates bargaining for less salary. And expect to work 24/7 with un-realistic expectations Throw them after used with out any prior notice. You don't know when you will be fired with out any proper reason. They do it for their monitory reasons. Resources are not treated as humans treated as slaves. Very check tricks and unprofessional attitudes of product owner and management
