Pay is good. They are also open to suggestions for solutions to smaller problems. They take care of the customers 100% of the time. Benefits are average.
Cons
Long Hours, Corporate Politics, High Stress, Not transparent, Poor planning for long term projects, they have some very good people working on the mid to lower levels but they do not feel appreciated by upper mgmt. internal software needs improvement
