Pros
Benefits are good, 401K match with no vesting period is great. Pretty much everyone gets 3 weeks vacation.
Cons
Absolutely toxic work environment. There is a huge amount of turnover, both voluntary and involuntary. I understand that people change careers, but in the last year, Harrison has lost its Controller, Materials Manager, Quality Manager, 3 Warehouse Managers, a 2nd Shift Operations Manager, IT Manager. And that's management only, there is a huge amount of turnover at other positions; countless supervisors and quality techs; not just one or two, dozens...in a year. There's a small group of people, that if you say something bad about them (or even argue or disagree with), you may as well pack your things. They feed on distrust between departments, and the micromanagement is unreal. Morale is the as bad as any place I've ever worked, most of the employees are looking for work elsewhere.
