Pros
The people doing the work, on the plant floor and in the offices, are great and try hard to produce quality results.
Cons
The leadership doesn’t seem to have a clue and make poor decisions. Too many Chinese bosses making decisions for North America when, it seems, they don’t fully understand the culture here.
