      Friendly co-workers, Happy environment, clean building, Gym, Game Room, Nap Room, Good Pay, Coffee all day, Management is understanding, and professional

      Cons

      It is difficult to move up, only because people hold a job here for many many years. The only way to get a promotion is if someone retires, quits (which never happens) or gets fired.

      Pros

      Workers are friendly and helpful. Facility is kept very clean. Safety is important.

      Cons

      COO frequently will intimidate and embarrass his direct reports in front of their peers. Will make unreasonable demands such as "tell me before you leave for the day in case you have not done enough" or change someone's shift just for punishment. Has actually caused a Sr. Director to have a stroke at work from terrible stress he applied to him the day it happened. HR Department is so afraid of being fired if they stand up to him that employees stop going to them. Hard to believe it was a top employer in 2012.
