      Pay and benefits were amazing.

      Cons

      If you have an issue, HR will answer any questions with any information other than what you asked, as well as alert your peers. Nothing is confidential, all employee gossip spreads thru the entire company, reaching all locations, in under 1 week. If you have a disability, they say they will accommodate you, when they in fact do not.

      Pros

      Workers are friendly and helpful. Facility is kept very clean. Safety is important.

      Cons

      COO frequently will intimidate and embarrass his direct reports in front of their peers. Will make unreasonable demands such as "tell me before you leave for the day in case you have not done enough" or change someone's shift just for punishment. Has actually caused a Sr. Director to have a stroke at work from terrible stress he applied to him the day it happened. HR Department is so afraid of being fired if they stand up to him that employees stop going to them. Hard to believe it was a top employer in 2012.
