      Pros

      Office level management is excellent. HR is doing the best they can. Executive leadership (with one MAJOR exception) is easy to work with and, in my experience, direct and to the point when required.

      Cons

      Employees from the Old Guard, prior to corporate take over, drink from the Kool Aid fountain like they haven't had a sip in years. This is not the company it once was, and likely never will be again.

      Pros

      Workers are friendly and helpful. Facility is kept very clean. Safety is important.

      Cons

      COO frequently will intimidate and embarrass his direct reports in front of their peers. Will make unreasonable demands such as "tell me before you leave for the day in case you have not done enough" or change someone's shift just for punishment. Has actually caused a Sr. Director to have a stroke at work from terrible stress he applied to him the day it happened. HR Department is so afraid of being fired if they stand up to him that employees stop going to them. Hard to believe it was a top employer in 2012.
